Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner carrier for BNS.  The following is required of carriers to obtain an active status with Bennett Network Systems, LLC:

Carrier Setup Packet:

• Profile Sheet.

• Complete 5 pages of contract, signed.

• Copy of operating authority.

• Copy of W-9.

• Insurance certificate covering a minimum of $1,000,000 in auto liability, and a minimum of $100,000 in cargo liability.  In addition, the certificate must list the following as certificate holder:
